INTERACTIVE ART WORKSHOP by Kim Rae Nugent is a gem of a book. Kim asked several artists to participate and I was one of the lucky ones she asked. I made a couple of pieces and am tickled pink to see them published. Please check this book out- its very beautifully photographed and Kim provides great step by step directions and templates to use to make moveable, interactive artwork.
